Order Processing Time All of our keepsakes are handcrafted and one-of-a-kind. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for your order to be carefully packaged and prepared for shipment. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Domestic Shipping Rates

• Rate Shipping: Is determined by number of items and weight for all domestic orders.

• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $100.

Estimated Delivery Times Once shipped, standard domestic orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and carrier delays.

Order Tracking You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

Damages & Lost Packages Shoreline Keepsakes is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we want you to have a positive experience. If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact us at shorelinekeepsakes@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery so we can assist you with a claim.
