Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and attempt to make it right. "Because each of our pieces is handcrafted and one-of-a-kind, we are unable to provide an identical replacement for any item."

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
"Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our pieces, we are unable to offer exchanges. Each item is unique and cannot be replicated. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please refer to our return policy for a refund."

 

Refunds
"While we do not offer cash refunds for change-of-mind purchases, we want you to love your keepsake. Under certain circumstances, we may offer store credit in lieu of a refund. Please contact us at shorelinekeepsakes@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery to discuss your order."

"We do not offer traditional refunds. In the event of a return, store credit will be issued once the item is received and inspected. Store credit allows you to select another unique piece from our collection at your convenience."
