Are your shells real?

Yes! Every shell used in our jewelry and keepsakes is 100% genuine and natural. We handpick each one ourselves from the beaches of Florida's Gulf Coast. No dyed, painted, or artificial shells — ever.

Are your pieces truly one of a kind?

Absolutely. Because we work with natural shells, no two pieces are ever exactly alike. Variations in color, pattern, size, and shape are part of what makes each piece special. The item you receive may vary slightly from photos, but will always be beautiful and unique.

What types of shells do you use?

We work with a variety of Gulf Coast shells including lettered olive shells, lightning whelks (Florida's state shell), sunray venus clams, disc clams, spindle shells, and more — all handpicked from Florida beaches.

Do you use sustainable practices?

We only collect empty shells that have naturally washed ashore. We never harvest live shells or disturb marine life. Our beachcombing is done responsibly and with deep respect for the coastal environment.

Custom Orders

Do you accept custom orders?

We love hearing from customers with special requests! While we can't guarantee every custom order can be accommodated, we're always happy to hear your ideas. If it's something we can make work, we'll do our very best to bring your vision to life. Please feel free to contact us with your request and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

Can I request a different chain?

Yes, you can! We will do our best to accommodate all requests, however please note that we cannot guarantee your specific selection will be in stock. Feel free to contact us with your preference and we'll let you know what we have available.

Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. Shipping times vary by location, but most domestic orders arrive within 5–10 business days after processing.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the United States. Please check back as we expand our shipping options!

Will I receive exactly what's pictured?

Because each piece is one of a kind, the exact item shown may already be sold. However, we do our best to photograph each individual piece accurately. If you have questions about a specific item, feel free to contact us before ordering.

How do I care for my shell jewelry?

To keep your pieces looking their best:

Avoid prolonged exposure to water, perfume, and lotions
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
Handle shells gently — natural shells can be delicate
Clean with a soft, dry cloth

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Because each piece is handmade and one of a kind, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.

My order arrived damaged — what do I do?

We're so sorry! Please reach out to us at your earliest convenience with your order number and photos of the damage. We'll work with you to find the best solution.
